What kind of holsters do you sell?OUTBAGS USA provides OWB, IWB, SOB, Shoulder, Ankle, Conceal, Drop Leg, Hybrid, Pancake, and Combo carry holsters.
What is OWB and IWB?OWB stands for Outside the Waistband, while IWB stands for Inside the Waistband. Both are referring to a strong side carry, or 3-5 o’clock for the right hand and 7-9 o’clock for the left hand. How you choose to carry your holster will affect the handing, so if you buy a right hand holster for the SOB (6 o’clock) position, it flips the handing and requires you to draw with the left hand instead.
OWB can only be used for open carry, but IWB are inherently for concealed carry. If a product is an OWB/IWB carry, it is designed to be interchangeable between the two.
What are your holsters made of?All our holsters are made from Kydex, nylon, or full grain leather. We also carry some combination holsters made of two or three materials.
Who designs your holsters?At OUTBAGS USA, we design and manufacture all of our holsters.
Where are your holsters made?Our holsters are made in California.

Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?We ship all orders for free! Even better — returns are free as well!
When do orders ship?We strive to process and ship orders by the very next business day.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?All orders are shipped through USPS First Class and Priority mail. Please note that these are non guaranteed services, so most packages are delivered within 5 business days, but they can take up to 21 days to deliver if the Post Office is experiencing delays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?For a small additional charge, you can upgrade your order to expedited shipping at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?We do not currently offer international shipping.
Can I return a product?Our standard policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. However, on a case-by-case basis, OUTBAGS USA regularly makes exceptions beyond this timeline. Please contact us for more information.
What is the return process?When you reach out to us for a return, we request that you send a photograph of the error before we send you prepaid shipping. We’re not asking you to prove any error, but rather simplifies the return paperwork we fill out before issuing a refund. A visual also gives us a chance to improve our products, shipping methods, and business processes.
All orders are completely refunded unless you request expedited shipping. Expedited shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
How quickly will I get my refund?Funds will return only to the original payment source in about 3 business days.

How do I care for my holster?Proper care and maintenance for our holsters is essential to maintain their longevity. Each material requires different care instructions. What do all the acronyms stand for?- OWB: Outside of Waistband
- IWB: Inside of Waistband
- SOB: Small of Back
Kydex is a material manufactured by Sekisui SPI that is extremely popular among holster and sheath manufacturers. It can be used to create a custom holster for a specific make and model of gun, it has no break in period, and it provides a better barrier to moisture. For concealed carry, Kydex remains open and will not collapse when you draw your pistol.
