Here's the short version:
1. Most orders ship the very next business day (M-F, excluding USPS holidays)
2. Please make sure all of your personal information is correct; payment, address, contact, etc.
3. Please ask all questions before buying the product.
4. Double check your selection before checkout.
5. You give us permission to send follow up emails on your order.
6. Returns are openly accepted :)

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the payment information, billing address, and shipping address are 100% correct before ordering. Any typos caused by the user or auto-correct are not OUTBAGS USA's responsibility and these types of errors will go unnoticed. If you find any errors in the order information, please contact OUTBAGS USA immediately (these types of messages are filtered to get our attention first).
Questions about an item should be asked before placing an order. OUTBAGS USA is committed to shipping orders the very next business day (M-F, excluding USPS holidays) and replying to messages can take up to 2 business days. It is very likely that your question will go unanswered when we ship the order. Therefore, please contact OUTBAGS USA with questions and concerns before buying the product.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all the correct options are selected for the ordered holster. Please double check the handing, color, and pistol/size before checking out.
Customer gives OUTBAG USA permission to send follow up emails on the most recent order(s). This is our family's way of making it easier for the customer to keep in touch with us. We thank you in advance for giving us this opportunity. Rest assured that you will not be subscribed to any mailing list, unless otherwise requested.
All orders ship for free! There is also an option to pay for expedited shipping. Please note that USPS First Class and Priority mail are non-guaranteed services. Most packages are delivered within 5 business days, but can take up to 21 days to deliver if they are experiencing delays.
Returns & Refunds
Standard policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. However, on a case-by-case basis, OUTBAGS USA regularly makes exceptions beyond this timeline. Please contact for more information.
Returns are fully paid for by OUTBAGS USA; no questions asked (well, sort of). Photographs of the error will be requested before prepaid shipping is sent. This is not an attempt to have the customer "prove" the error, but it is requested because a photograph will greatly cut down on the communication required to create a smooth return process. It also gives our family a chance to make necessary improvements to our business.
Orders are refunded except for fees paid towards expedited shipping. Funds will return only to the original payment source in about 3 business days.
